So I been very meticulous on my process and here's why SMMA failed.
Failed as in great testimonials but shit delivery
- lack of understanding of platform
- lack standard procedure
- lack understanding of niche market
- lack retention of market due to client need for quick sales (always dies long term)
I see the problem.
I'm just not sure if dissecting it is as easy.
There's the company structure, the product/service, the process, the people and then there's the customer.
Damn...
