Even though this is titled to all beginners this is applicable to myself and damn near anyone else. If you want to get good at seduction, take that first step. Talk to that pretty girl you see in the shop by herself, or that gorgeous girl with her headphones in about to walk by you. Stop thinking about what to say or how to approach, that comes later. Just go in and give yourself to them and watch them light up, some girls will reject you but that's cool, you don't want those girls. Keep trying and you will have success, it may take time but keep taking the steps. You will succeed.

Also if your in college, do yourself a favor and go to a big school

Back when I first found this site, I went to the grocery store and passed by this super cute girl like three times. We kept making eye contact and she was smiling but I never said anything. So much approach anxiety. We ended up in the same checkout lane, her right in front of me, and she kept looking right at me expecting me to say something. I had to say something to break the tension but the IOIs couldn't have been clearer unless she threw her panties in my shopping cart. Whatever I said it was awkward and uncomfortable but she was still trying to go for it. The clerk even chimed in to try and reduce the tension and put me at ease.

Poor girl hahah. Still one of my biggest regrets from that time.

I've had my fair share of girls practically begging for me to approach them, and me ending up not doing shit, for whatever reason I make up during the time. To be honest, after a period of inactivity I'm back to having approach anxiety, because when I started approaching I didn't keep doing long enough for it to cement in me. The only solution is to go out and approach!
