Just a little story to share about how powerful touch can be.

The other day I was talking to a few of my friends when i found myself around 30 centimeters closer to them without understanding to why I had moved. After looking around I noticed a man a few years younger than me had placed his hand on my shoulder and brushed me aside so he would not have to move around me. He had a horizon look and slow movement. I was struck with a bit of awe, this man had been able to move me even with my strong stance and had guided my actions without any resistance. If however, that push had been from someone else who didn't have that level of social calibration they would of surely been met with a 'you serious' eye-brow.

I would love to hear of any stories similar to mine from you.

What do you mean you didn't understand why you were closer to them? A guy was moving you and you didn't notice that?

Other thing I'm wondering. Did he just moved you without even looking at you to give you a smile or something?

I mean like, I felt the touch but nothing clicked. For that moment in time it wasn't up to myself at all. I just wanted to follow this firm but not hard push on my shoulder and didn't have a chance to realize what was happening. For your other question, no he didn't look at me at all - or anyone else for that matter. It was in a crowded space and he just looked forwards and guided people out of his way. That's often a fond tactic of mine but I've never realized how powerful it can be. To better relate it to you as to how I got moved without me noticing I would like to refer to a purchase that you have once made after being guided by a skilled sales person. You just felt utter calm in letting them guiding them and it was so easy. Upon the clarity of hindsight you wonder how you even ended up with that product. I was pretty impressed with the man that pushed me though and it just reinforced the fact that I have a long way to go.
