Decided to try cold approaching, cutting porn and masturbation. While the last two, are under control so far, I can't make myself go into action to approach girls. Any advices?

Your question is safly to broad and general to give you any specific advice, and from my reading you seem to not yet know what you are looking for in regards to advice. I think doing the newbie assignement will give you better info of where you are at and what you need help with/want to work further on.

One step at a time! Like going to the gym, the hardest part is just doing the first one. In addition to what Teevs wrote, just treat the first two approaches as "warm ups" to get yourself into the mood. Set a timer for yourself for 1-2 hours and just pick a place to approach, and don't stop approaching until time's up. Tell yourself "this is my time for approaching" and do as many as you can in that time period.

Repeat this for about 4-5 days and towards the 4th or 5th day you'll be warmed up and in the habit of it.

I did the same when I started, no fap and such.. And then went Lone wolf to clubs, beaches, malls to which I froze up many times and had to fight a battle of wills to not run away.

I just focused on three things
Approach what I feared
Lead the conversation
And if they liked me, turn up the flirt

Wasn't tough
Next part of game was then converting after girls were on board with me and I was just not capitalising
And figuring out how to enjoy seduction and sex cuz I didn't know, cuz I was too on edge and too busy deflecting my nervousness to figure it out

Then I found out that chemistry is what I wanted not girls who just looked the part and voila

It was not overly complicated
