Hey friends!

I've been learning seduction for about 5 months now. Simple Pickup is what actually inspired me to get my head in the game. After 3 years of watching their videos and not taking any action, I figured I'd give game a try. Throughout my first month of doing game, I followed most of the techniques from Simple Pickup. These days, I have come to admire their game significantly less - as it seems to revolve much around being overly entertaining and seems a bit bro-ish. It seems to cater to the mainstream audience, but doesn't get into the nitty-gritty of seduction.

I discovered RSD in my second month of practising game, in which I'd follow their videos religiously - particularly from Todd, Tyler and Julien. I was far more impressed with the technicality and comprehensive depth in which they'd analyse seduction, compared to that of Simple Pickup. To this day, I think that RSD put forth many solid ideas, but it's also mixed with several ideas that seem a bit off to me. In a couple of Julien's videos, his game seems to be so intensive on negging that he comes off as borderline disrespectful. Most of their content seem pretty insightful, but I'm on the fence with a couple of their ideas.

Over the past 3 months I've almost completely abandoned SP and RSD, and devoted my time to reading Girls Chase articles. Despite my limited experience with seduction, I have to say that pretty much all of Chase's articles are pretty on point.

So what do you guys think of RSD and Simple Pickup? Let me know!

I actually #closed a girl in my school using the 'broken arm' thing. And I also played that game Kong suggests to play on the first date w/ the same girl.

I never had so much fun as I did on that day.
Some of SP's stuff is golden although these days I just stick to GC and The Natural lifestyles.

Julien does sleep with many women but he's a pathetic excuse for a man. He gets off on the drama and hurting other peoples feelings, which is lame and totally unnecessary.

Feeling you on that, dude. Kinda get a manipulative and malicious vibe from Julien, although some of his teachings seem to be solid. Whenever I watch his videos, I get a strong sense that his personality is unnecessarily "gamey", and exudes this insincere toxic vibe, and doesn't seem to be like the type of person I'd like to be friends with.

Tyler's crazy but I like him. He actually likes women from what I can tell, which is always a good sign in a potential teacher, and definitely gets the Secret Society aspect that 99 percent of PUAs will never actually understand, when you and the woman are actually on the same team..

We're on the same wavelength with that! Tyler is a cool dude.

On a side note, just read up on your article on the Cooperative Mindset - solid stuff, bro!

just reading was not enough to motivate me at the time. RSD Tyler is pretty much the only guy I follow now

I feel you on that bro - when I first got my head in the game, I felt that watching videos and infield footage made these abstract concepts much more comprehensible. The videos also motivated me in a sense that reading did not.

I have a great respect for the ideas of tyler.Tyler is a great relayer of ideas and information, and he really focuses on full life development rather than pickup. His ideas led me into business knowledge and much further into my development as a man than pretty much any other source, so I will stick up for him in this context.

Right on!

Along the same lines, simple pickup was very motivational. Those guys are masters at body language. They don't get away with saying what they say without really great body language and tonality.

Before starting and cutting my teeth in game, Simple Pickup motivated me enormously, and is probably the catalyst I needed that led to my decision to get into game. Not 100% with you on being masters of body language, but from what I can tell, it's pretty good, and the guys seem to have pretty solid fundamentals.

They are also hilarious and incredibly motivating. I STILL watch these videos before going out to game to get pumped up and get some fundamentals drilled in my head (I rarely say or act anything like them anymore).

They are definitely hilarious and entertaining to watch. As a result of that, I think that hinders their game a bit. It seems to me that game shouldn't really be flashy and flamboyant... kinda should be almost boring to watch. It seems like the SP guys are more focused on entertaining themselves (as well as the audience), than executing solid game. They end up doing some pretty outlandish shit (picking up in spandex, wheelchairs, using internet memes, on shrooms, etc). In terms of the entertainment factor, SP do a fantastic job. But the underlying game seems too high energy, boyish and lacking in several respects.

Actually ended up trying to emulate SP's style for a little while, including texting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPV8IkraVuI. Didn't work for me.

Ultimately, Girls Chase is really all you need as it is so comprehensive, precise, and on point

Agreed!

Good to see you on the boards, Radeng :)

My opinion is that the Simple Pickup guys are a thousand times healthier and more normal than anyone at RSD. Seduction and having sex really isn't that complicated at the end of the day, and the guys at RSD are very wounded human beings (no judgment).

Be there with a girl, make her laugh, have a conversation and grab a number. Julien does sleep with many women but he's a pathetic excuse for a man. He gets off on the drama and hurting other peoples feelings, which is lame and totally unnecessary. Jeffy is even worse, the guy is a malicious alcoholic who has no compassion for other human beings.

Tyler's crazy but I like him. He actually likes women from what I can tell, which is always a good sign in a potential teacher, and definitely gets the Secret Society aspect that 99 percent of PUAs will never actually understand, when you and the woman are actually on the same team.

I would avoid RSD like the plague though, they embarrass themselves constantly and many of their students behave like ambiguously gay clowns.

I watched one of tylers videos haha I thought to myself that he is making my head spin. I watch johnny Berba, he just approaches and is himself. He has plenty of videos where he gets rejected too.

Never paid for any PU-product or coach (been gaming for a year now). So will only be on the free stuff I comment

SP = fun but not that detailed. They got great motivational and fun videos and a decent (of size) community. Lacking with detail however.
Willy Beck has some great in field videos and he's good a emphasizing key points, making it simple unlike girlschase that repeats itself with a lot of articles and not always THAT simple even though things usually ARE that simple.

RSD = Bunch of weirdoes and their marketing works great for newbies. I can't avoid seeing some of them as broken clowns but some videos of theirs I have found educational but most of it is stuff I'd keep away with arm's length. Can only agree to what Drexel wrote, except I haven't rly watched Tyler. I think the former executive Alex had some decent videos and did try some stuff of his (he was high energy but not in a weird or sleezy way like the others).

GC is so far the only site I've seen with so much detail and a very natural approach to pickup along lifestyle as a whole. A lot of ppl who start wanting more info stumble across this site and learn it's a bit more detailed and presumably what they want so they're also more inclined to buy the stuff.
