What would you do?

I've been stuck in a situation and wondered what an experienced guy would do so here is the story (not so long):

A week ago, at work I had a mentor chick for a day and she was HOT, flirty, impulsive, fun, and of course helpful for getting some knowledge of my job! I was like "wow! I really want to bang her, what's more, who is she?"

Unfortunately or fortunately she works from home and rarely is in the office but it also makes getting her harder. I knew her name and professional mail address that I didn't want to use so I chose to add her on facebook that she accepted. Now, I'm like "It's great and almost nothing, you have to get her out, but how? she's from a social circle so you cannot be too straightforward"

It's still a student work so that phrase "don't shit where you eat" isn't really a problem.

The question is what would you do? What would your process be?

Back in the day of student work, I just went straight for the kiss.
It didn't turn out great, but she didn't tell anyone, and our relationship was pretty good.

I definitely recommend a bold move.
In your future, you will have something to look back. "Ah, back in the day." Also if some guy asks you that question, you can relate your bold experience.

Well, if she is rarely in the office, I think it is pretty straight forward. I mean, you need to get her out in person to seduce her, you do that by asking her out. You have the contact info. Unless a lot of time passed and she barely remembers you. Risk? You can never tell whether she is a gossip girl or just prefers to keep things like that to herself and you also cannot wait and gather info about who in the office is friends with her to calculate the risk. So it just depends on the way you word the message I guess.

From top of my head:
Note : depending on where you got the information about her being rarely in the office..
"Hey, [name], you seem like a really cool gal and you said you work mostly from home so we won't have much opportunities to get to know each other. How about we grabbed a bite or something? Are you free this week"

Something like that. Basically you want it feel like you want to hang out because she is cool but also get her out because you will not see her that often. And I think this paints you more on the "social guy" side other than "is he hitting on me (decision time -> accept / reject / deflect)

Just an idea, but I agree with IceCream, dont be afraid to make a move
