If you're active on X seducer circles then you've probably come across her profile before (@Aella_Girl)

She wrote a $9 guide on Substack that analyses what makes men good at sex called the "Good At Sex" series.

I respect the effort and rigour that went into this so I won't spoil it all for you.

Would you mind spoiling it for me @Mr Mistah?

For the love of God, I can't fucking make Substack take my money no matter how many times I try.

There's honestly a lot to go through but not enough time

Aside from what I had mentioned earlier she also spoke about;

Her expression of what we otherwise refer to as state control and how important taking a girl out of her rational mind is during sex.

She tells a story about how she hooked up with a guy she met on Bumble when she was 20. Next morning she asked him how he had managed to sleep with her so fast and he threw her a pua book haha

She also talks about the importance of creating narratives that aid the seduction process and catering to the girls self image. Basically, make it an experience and reaffirm the things the girl knows or would like to be true.

This section was quite layered - branched off to things like sparking competition anxiety, preselection, 'I am the Prize' self-belief in the male, dominance and so forth

Importance of congruence when escalating to sex behind closed doors (It's jarring and abit of a turn off for her when a seemingly cool, solid guy is suddenly besides himself with out-of-control lust when he sees her naked. She says it causes her to go "Wait?wtf?" and regress back into evaluation mode)

This was a particularly interesting one for me because she essentially breaks down attainability, both high and low,... in the bedroom. Worth a read.

Check out the snippets to get a feel of what exactly is discussed https://open.substack.com/pub/aella...?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=50z9qt

@Marty could have sth to add on as well. Cheers
