Simply not true about France. My first trip, I met a woman who was visiting Lyon on business from a small town outside Paris, we fell in love that night, I ended up living with her and her kids near Paris. There were no misconceptions about how long I could stay. We always spoke English (though I am fluent in French, which was used in any other social situation and with her kids).
Also, I lived in Krakow for a few months, and "dated" several women.
Basically, it comes down to YOU. Don't make these blanket statements. Really, you only look bad.
A singular anecdote (of a rapid romance with a single mother, no doubt) does not a pattern make.
Like @Swati, I wonder why "dating" the Polish chicks is in "quotes."
....
Interesting to note that some places with notable foreigner bonuses in the past have seen those foreigner bonuses go away:
- Czech Republic in the 1990s
- Croatia in the 2000s
- Poland and Romania in the 2010s
The Philippines used to have a HUGE foreigner bonus but according to @Karea Ricardus D. it's really fallen off.
The bonus only lasts until word gets out about how easy it is to bed the local women, then all the degenerates flood in.
The women realize the guys coming now are poor back home, losers, guys who can't get laid in their home countries, and the foreigner bonus turns into foreigner skepticism.
When I was in South Korea I had guys telling me how the default reaction of South Korean chicks is to think a foreigner is probably an English teacher (which is considered super low status). So you either wanted to get right out and tell her you weren't that, or you just had to hope your frame and attractiveness was enough to overcome it (plus hope she's one of the more chill chicks who doesn't care as much). Funny thing was all the expat PUAs I was going out with in South Korea were, indeed, English teachers.
