about the middle fingers there are some playful context of some girls in usa culture that do the middle finger in a fake angry playful way (super super unusual)..... But if it was playful you would know in the vibe....

OP, I'm a bit late to the party, but this lead is dead and persisting at this stage is dangerous, as others have said. Leave it and focus on other girls.

Also her giving you the middle finger and thumbs down sound to me like she is on some powertrip and gets a kick out of humiliating you. Fuck her, delete her from your mind.
