I’m in my mid 30s and still get confused for being in my early 20s. I’m pretty sure I’ll get confused for being in my mid 20s when I’m 40s too because I’m very aware of what it takes to look young

I am trying to gage what @Spike is saying and the gist of this post and it seems like at the end of the day, there is going to be some acting going on. You cannot have these girls know that you are over 25 let alone over 30 because in their minds, it is ancient. You need to play up that act of being in your mid 20s and give off that youthful vibe as an older guy.

It is more of the expectation that whatever you have with these girls is going to be short-term so you its not like you are getting into a relationship with them or anything. You can be old but you cannot look old.

I am running into this right now in Miami. There is a bar near me called Barracuda and another called Regatta, think @DonGately and maybe @Skills (not sure if he is in Miami but he said Florida in this thread) are familiar with it. Thursdays at Barracudas are college night and Fridays at Regatta, on the end where they have ping pong tables, are college nights. Regatta used to be the infamous Miami Wharf where lots of PUAs gathered but then it closed.

One thing I run into is the constant cockblocking even when I am with a wing. It is quite pronounced at this one venue called Barracuda where we have actually came up with a name of it called the Barracuda Screech. Here is how it goes, almost comedic:

1. You have an approach that is going decent.

2. After a couple of minutes, if you have not isolated (it is all outdoors), you hear a loud screech of a girl (usually unattractive) yelling her friend's name.

3. The scream is like that of a girl who is thinking her friend just returned from Nam or something even though they are probably college classmates.

4. Boom approach is dead.

I have even got close to pulling on some nights only for the friend group or people who know her to stop me in the final hour. Wondering if there any any Miami locals here who have managed to have success at these two venues with college girls in particular.

Let me guess, it was the Nam part that had you all laughing?

What can me and my wing do in situations like this?

I'm going to call BS on a lot of what is being said here and not for the reasons you all think.

I know many men who date significantly younger women (the biggest gap is 31 years) and the only common denominator they all share is that they themselves look significantly younger than their age.

I've made it a point to speak to many of these women and asked about the relationship dynamic, how they met, etc. and one of the first things, if not the first thing, they tell me is that they thought the man looked much younger than he actually ended up being. Not how mature he was, how much money he made, how confident he was, how well he dressed, etc.

I believe this to be the single most important factor for men in their 30s and beyond dating women in late teens to mid 20s. The only exception to this are the women who like the older look in a man and those are an extreme rarity.

So all this stuff about game, venue, wing men, beliefs, etc. isn't going to do shit if you're a 35 year old who looks 35 even if you're healthy and in shape and dress well. You need to be a 35 year old who looks 25 and honestly, that all comes down to genetics.

Completely relevant as they are based on my experiences just as yours are.

There are people in this thread who are literally confirming what I'm saying by claiming that younger women think they themselves are much younger. Hell, there's even a guy here that lies to women about his age.

The women you speak of that are well aware of the age of an older man and still go for it are the minority/exception that I mentioned. They are the ones that seek and are turned on by it but they are, statistically, an extreme minority. I've dated these women before, they all confirm what I'm saying. Take what you want out of it but if you think it's irrelevant, you're entitled to your own opinion, I think what you're saying is just as irrelevant then.

I have also winged with a number of Game guys in Miami, including hanging out with the likes of Alex from PWF and people he is close with in the Game community. My building has a couple of club promoters as well that manage to live in it since they do it on the side.

Recently, I got the IGs of some of these college girls since I made small talk with them. They didn't seem to follow the promoter or any of the Game guys I am friends with. In talking to some of the guys who are doing quite well with Game in Miami, including one who has reached high status and is having boat parties every weekend with hot girls, they themselves cannot seem to get college girls.

In all of my years cold approaching at The Wharf back when it was open, Regatta, and Barracuda, I have never had a Wing that managed to do well with college girls even though they did better with other kinds of women. Not to say it cannot be done. I have had some pleasant approaches myself that went well but getting the close was tough. I admit that my Game still needs a lot of work.

So for the guys on here who are in Miami and managing to actually close college girls here, especially those that go to a rich kids school like UM, rather than being a doubter I am all ears and rather learn.

It is completely plausible if guys are closing college girls on Spring Break or in situations like her being an intern in your city. Also plausible if you get them on holidays.

So far though, in some of the environments I have gamed in as an older guy who does not really look college-aged anymore, but can pass for maybe late-20s, it has been tough sleddin!

It is also safe to assume that perhaps these girls are more LTR-oriented as opposed to being DTF and we exaggerate how college is actually like.

So if a college guy needs to have high status to have a chance, it is safe to say that an older guy needs some form of that too. Thankfully as an older guy who have more opportunities for that but if we are talking rich college girls, which The U has a ton of, I don't think flashing wealth is going to do it.

To anyone who is willing to help a brother out here in terms of advice, here are some of my roadblocks in gaming in these co-ed heavy venues.

As I mentioned, the Barracuda Screech.

It got a giggle out of a few of you but I swear to god these harpies are killin me! You get a decent approach going and boom, out of nowhere, the screech comes in. It is in that moment you know your set is dead. I thought about a few solutions:

• Get number or IG fast (hard to do when you have not had much rapport)
• Quickly isolate but it is hard to do as the screech has a 2 minute warning attached to it (2 min from when you start set)
• React and pretend to know the girl who made the screech
• Neg and say "OMG (name), congratulations for coming back from the war, hows it like being a veteran?"

Social circles cockblock way more frequently.

Even when the set is going well at a more mixed place like Regatta on a Friday night, Social Circle is constantly cockblocking. Way worse with college girls than with normal women. The one thing I have seen is that college girls will head out in gigantic groups at any venue that is large. Their pre-games are a massive mix of girls and guys. Could be worth it to read how to close women from large groups.

Last second cockblocks, the worst!

You are about to pull her and right as you get in the Uber, the friends or some friend she knows from a class intervenes. I have had this happen 3 times where I was going to get a girl to come back to my place and right as we wait for the Uber, the friend cuts in. A common trend I am finding with gaming college girls is that you are dealing with gigantic social circles.

It rarely is one girl out with a friend of two, it is usually a girl with two friends and then an hour later a gazillion more friends join.

The thread did hint at the fact that college bars in general are difficult places to game. It might make sense that the guys in here getting results with these girls are doing so via daygame or online rather than hectic venues.

Still, doing it for the sake of saying you did it.

Silver lining.

I get the feeling that once you get them away from that gigantic group, it becomes easy mode. I have interacted with UM girls in more smaller settings and been neighbors with some too. In these places, they are way more chill and receptive. Open to talking as well. However, no closes to back it up.

The hive mind college mindset is the primary roadblock more than how the girl feels. Going to try out some strategies I have in mind when I go out this week and report back on how they work.

It does seem that most college guys are struggling to hook up with college girls. And, reflecting, on my college days spending a lot of time around the Greek community and sorority girls, many were in relationships throughout college. There was the occasional hot single girl who was drunk and horny after a party and hooked up with whomever was there but those were rare occurrences.

And those were sorority girls, which, to my understanding, are a very small minority of the college female population, the rest of which are a lot more conservative and also in relationships.

Last year I went on a tear hooking up with as many women as I could at sex parties here in Los Angeles (it got old quickly). Friends asked me why I did that and I told them I wanted to experience partying and hooking up in a way that many people do in college since I spent so much of college working on career and not living it up the way I wanted to.

They all told me that I had a bizarre perspective on college since partying and endless nights of debauchery and casual sex were not the way most people experienced college. It really got me thinking. And then there's the stat that most men and women will have a body count of 4-7 partners total throughout their lives (not sure if it's entirely true).

So maybe what you're saying is true. We're on here talking about a very small population of slutty women who are having sex with a very small population of men and perhaps now that we've moved on from college, we're somewhat fantasizing about it being something that it really isn't for the vast majority of people. Who knows.

I think I’ve only spoken about this in my private group. But the advantage my college town has over others is that the university here does not have teams that participate in division 1 sports like the University of Miami (for the Europeans, this is the highest level of competition for college athletes). I believe the school here has only one team in division 3. There is a huge fraternity scene here tho. But the guys here aren’t really all that. Which is what allows normal guys who aren’t rich fraternity dudes or athletes. A opportunity to capitalize on the supply-demand imbalance.

And those were sorority girls, which, to my understanding, are a very small minority of the college female population, the rest of which are a lot more conservative and also in relationships.

In colleges in Miami they have promoters in campus and they promote events in different clubs... Or you need to find out the parties or places those particular women go to... You assumptions are incorrect btw .. buggy man of athletes and rich frat boys is not the case, and if it is they usually ltr...

That is not a reliable site. My college town would not be ranked highly on that site as it is unknown. Female guy ratio doesn’t matter as much as you think. More reliable factors of a good town are what I talked about in my previous post. And what skills previous said about his location in his yearly review post:

sexual market place for example WEst palm (hotter women than Miami and Broward, less competition). In other words move from a major city Miami, to a second or 3 type city (palm beach in my case 3rd type city in south Florida)... This may have also draw backs cause less quantity but more quality, but less male competition. ( I am not competing with professional sports players for example).

I feel like there is a lot you and @DonGately being Miami locals haven't really said. From what I know though, it does seem like Mr Jones is the spot for Thursdays and for those who are less classy at The U, it is Barracudas.

However, my takeaway is that with you agreeing with Samson, you are almost indirectly saying that it is tough to crack this demographic if your goal is to get laid.

TBH I disagree and call cap on that. I have personally known three guys that have moved from Miami to Stockholm, one who I will be visiting this year, and all of them saw their lay counts almost skyrocket in comparison to Miami. This despite everyone saying Scandinavian women are tougher and Stockholm is harder than any major US city. These guys found the women forward and say that Scandinavian men do not really game, they just drink and hope to get lucky.

As for the looks part, I also hear a lot of people say that there is not that big of a difference between the guys you meet in a major US city like NYC or Miami versus most Scandinavian cities. Even the height is greatly exaggerated.

All that said, for how tough people make any city out to be, I feel like almost any major city is crackable and can present you a great sex life. There are many tourists and many loose locals to choose from to be having any major issue.

The other thing I will also say about that post is Morrocco and the Arab world are likely to be harsher on casual sex which presents its own obstacles. I also do not see good looking Scandinavian women going to conservative third world countries, they would opt more for a warmer weather place like Italy, Southern France, or Spain.

TBH, regardless of your age or stage of life, very few men are getting it. In high school, very few guys were getting it. In college, it was the 20% rule. I think Good Looking Loser way back in the day had a fire article on this.

However, I see this forum and others like it as a place for the aspiring 20% men to gather. I do wonder though if whenever we all go out to the places we do, perhaps we are against low odds.
