Hi all
The obvious problem with male-only parties is that you aren't going to meet any women there. So the obvious solution should be to go to a party with both men and women present, right?
The only trouble is, as soon as there are both sexes at a social event then everybody starts acting wooden and awkward and on their "best behavior". It makes it awfully hard to break the ice. The fraternal feeling among men dissolves into thin air and is replaced by classical social programing.
Any ideas how to deal with this?
I am invited to a party this Saturday and I have no idea whether girls will be there but I am not looking forward to this Catch-22.
Thanks
Marty
