Hmm, this is making me wanna call them/video call them. I used only vocal messages for now. Didn't really concern about sharing in her group friends, although this is a possibility. Actually, one time I was sexting a girl, and woke up with a screenshot from her, with our convo, and there was me telling her how I wanna fuck her. It was funny. Still dated afterwards, and could have been a lay, but didn't felt it back then.
I saw other guys, even a good friend of mine using video messages. More in the morning, when his voice was more fitted for this. I could steal it.
The privacy part wasn't a concern for me. One time I was approached by a colleague at my master's program with a text, her saying that I'm a fuckboi(due to what she heard of) and still wanting to talk with me. Didn't know how to react to that. But my experiences were low in consequences, maybe you have harsher, since your previous posts(sorry for that).
Regarding the jawline, I think you know, but best it is 12-15%bf, basically visible 6pack. No junk food/sweets/bought meal unless it's prepared(not in conserves or anything) because it contains so much sodium, and sugar. Whenever I go cross the line with those things I feel myself bloated, the face is puffy. The body looks more massive tho due to water retention and maybe more glycogen in muscles, but the details are missing.
Another thing is cardio. I have a pretty good jawline due to my physiognomy, but when I'm doing cardio and also drink enough water, sometimes it's like day and night difference.
Since I started this, lots hygiene and care products are using substances that act as estrogen to body. There's actually a book about this topic, if I'll remember, I l let a link here. Regular shampoo/body gel/chemical spf(the majority of them) use it, that's why spf based on zinc/titanium is better.
What I did before and plan to do it again is microneedling. You can do it at home also, but it would be advised to be done by somebody who knows. I get rid of a lot of acnee scars with it.
Dermarolling could cause more harm to skin due to its big holes in skin, while microneedling are much smaller and may be deeper(but this is not so studied, a bit of bro science here).
