Surveying the Topography

This morning I had a significant ecological insight into the travel habits of a certain group of attractive female students. Gonna take advantage of that for more volume.

Slowing down tempo of game due to overall burnout.
I'll still work leads, with more directness and drive actually, but I don't have time to waste on engaging people and things (male, female, online, IRL) that aren't worth my time and attention.

Time is much, much more than money.

The upshot is I won't be on the forum quite as much. Also it seems to be moving slower these days. I suspect it's the time of year.

When others push you away out of feelings of inferiority, the weak cry.

The insecure push back harder, out loud or in their own minds.

But the truly strong accept it calmly and continue on their way.

During the operational pause, I'll be working on eye contact (all phases), preopening skills, and active (as opposed to passive) body language.

Also, I'll try to be more socially active and calibrate more.

Next week there's going to be a game-changing logistical breakthrough that's long overdue.

Meanwhile, I've been thinking about the female mind.

My personal situation is changing rapidly. Both in positive ways, and in less positive ways. But the challenges do allow me to justify all-out open season with a clear conscience.
At the rate things are going, I'll giving myself carte blanche and lifting most or all rules of engagement by the end of the week. In which case I'll join Round 2 of @trashcan 's challenge.

Also, I can more or less afford to move out when I find a suitable roommate and arrangement. FINALLY!!

The level of fatigue and sleep debt I've built up needs to be dealt with.

Also, until I do so, my sex drive will be limited the second half of the day.

Let's hope I recover over the weekend because I'm physically wrecked.
PE class was a smashing success tho. No hard leads but literally dozens of little things went right.

Also, since Wednesday, I've made significant progress in understanding principles intuitively (as opposed to intellectually) and tailoring my philosophy and strategy to myself and my environment.

I'm going to make a final but tentative decision about going all in in a few hours. It's really a formality at this point; I know what I want and I'm, for lack of a better word, allowed to do it now

However, it won't be really final until I'm undressing a girl. One thing I've learned from girls recently is that much of their playbook can be adapted to be used by us Plus they love it when you smirk and copy their tricks instead of getting mad at it and calling it BS

I need a gay wingman!

I got one today with one of my favorite PE girls. He's very much the "bottom" type (if that's still a thing, I have no idea tbh) which made the dynamic highly effective.
Plus she was in a good and mood and flirted with me actively, if subtly. Unfortunately she doesn't have a lot of spare time what with classes and full-time work. I'll figure it out.

The forecast is highly favorable:
-Multiple logistical breakthroughs await exploitation.
-Now that I've adjusted to college, building a social circle will be much easier.
-This point in the semester (except maybe the first weeks, which work differently) is the ideal time to work classmates (both socially and romantically).
-Cuffing season starts later in LA, really only started with Standard Time.
-FWB relationships that started in late summer and the first weeks of college tend to end around now.

Apart from the personal aspects.

Time to switch the focus from general logistics to seduction logistics. I won't be moving out overnight, far from it.

Curveball came out of left field on the home front. Adding to the stress.
It's gonna be OK but I'm cutting operations, business, school, game, down to a minimum until Wednesday.
Physically I don't feel too hot but if I feel like this under these fatigue levels, once I'm in the pink I will be kicking butt in all areas of my life
Also 7.5 streak, and I'm handling and circulating the energy really well. The last time I got to this point it was crackling out of my fingertips and I was a little hyper.

I'm a LOT more open to new experiences as of Friday, but I'm not in a hurry now that I'm not in good order physically and logistically. However, the semester draws on and I had better get cracking on my leads.

Must. Relax. Sleep. Rest. Recover. Feel good again.

The situation is bleak but I think the worst is over. After that...

And I'm going to do things differently once I come out of this. In addition to the previous decision to be more sexually liberal.

Going to lie low and recharge over the long weekend.
Also hopefully by Monday morning I'll have gotten my stuff more or less in order. Organization is a must.

Not out of the woods yet, but it looks like I've defused any potential catastrophic failures.

Also, a new lead.

A girl in my class was explaining to me that her FWB is not anybody to be scared of (i.e. unable to protect her from a creep when he escorts her home).
Me: So is he your official boyfriend now?
Her: Huh?
Me: Is it official, is it unofficial, or am I imagining everything? (Ouch Surveyor! Be gentle with the candor and honesty next time)
Her: He's just the guy I talk to about what happens in class!
(It really is silly and cute how girls can say that with a straight face, even though their body language, behavior, and other things they say contradict their own words)
(at least I refrained from calling her out on her previously stepping out of class for Ugandan discussions under humorous circumstances)
Her: He's a year and a half younger than me, you know.

Reexamining that and my thought processes, I strongly suspect he may have been stuck in the friend zone the whole time.

But I'm still working on understanding this particular girl's worldview.

But it was a watershed moment.

The Challenge, Week 1
-Operations were brought to a complete standstill by a collapse on the home front that has barely been brought under control. In the coming days, we'll find out the extent of the academic and financial consequences.
-As a response to the crisis, I'm more or less permanently dropping many RoEs. Time to play
-I ended an 8.5 streak for physical and psychological reasons. Expect more long streaks to come though.
-I may have had a breakthrough with a classmate whom I previously viewed more as a potential confidante. She wasn't opening up to me for a while but she doesn't to anyone. After our last convo, I realized she's into me. I'm going to ask her out if I'm in state next week.
-A game-changing logistics breakthrough has barely begun.
-I made a lot of theoretical progress in my understanding of women etc.
-I took a fresh look at a long-running case that I hadn't assessed correctly. Going to move forward now that conditions have changed.
-While overall fitness declined due to the crisis, I've lost a significant amount of body fat. Going to stop the calorie restriction until I can exercise more. The short term physical effects of skipping meals etc. aren't great, even after my body has adjusted to it.

Looking back, I really was completely green at the beginning of this journal. Now at least I have some idea of what I'm doing.

But my passive fundamentals appear to be pretty tight. Active ones much improved as well, but baseline still suboptimal.

If I can get things in order and rally, I'll be fine.
