I work at 2 restaurants that just so happen to be very popular amongst the university kids in my town. Which means we will sometimes get some really attractive girls to come in and have a bite to eat with their friends. The second restaurant I work at unfortunately blocks my view of the girls that come in, but the first one, lets girls see me, giving them an opportunity to shoot me looks. This was one of those cases. This past Wednesday I noticed this hot 19 year old girl that was waiting for the host to sit her down. I noticed her check me out twice. I then looked down and smiled to myself. She was waiting for her friends. Once her friends came in, I notice them look over at me, so I knew they were talking about me. My plan was simple. I would wait for them to finish their meal and then as they came to the exit (there’s two. One by me and one on the other side), I would hand her a note with my name and phone number on it. The moment came. I saw them get up to go pay their bill. So I went to the back and got a pen and paper and wrote down my number and name. Unfortunately they did not leave through the exit near me, so I would not have a chance to give her the note. However we do have a back door so I went through the back and got to the parking lot. I saw them walking by to get to their car. And then said hey. They turned to look. I walked over to them and went to hand them the note but one of her friends tried to take it. Thinking it was meant for her. So I shook her off and pointed to my girl. And gave it to her. Then walked back, saying “bye”. No further words were exchanged (she later told me that as soon as I walked into the restaurant, she did a happy dance and was really hoping I didn’t see that).

I will post what I look like in the guide I’m writing. Hopefully I’ll have it done today. And yeah I was dressed to the archetype. Which is the great thing about working as a cook at a casual dining establishment. No uniform.

I used to be also but there's some good books on it and plentiful of on line articles but for most of us that can't initially see signs you need something with practical explanations and pictures. You also need to be able to look past a girl's good looks as that can be a real distraction.

Also need to learn to not overtly scan the room all the time, you need to look around using peripheral vision as girls spot this and then avoid direct eye contact. Once you can use peripheral vision you can then accidentally on purpose make direct eye contact, smile and you're in.

I’m not gonna lie I used to be the worst at reading signs girls throw out. I probably still am with regards to noticing subtle IOIs. The only reason I can spot them is because they’re so obvious now.where they will legit stare at you for a long time or glance at you multiple times. So if you miss the first or second time a chick checks you out, you might catch the third time. Stronger IOIs was a direct consequence of tightening up my upfront game.

I’ve seen this guys transformation and it was pretty substantial. how he physically looks facially is pretty irrelevant.

Can attest he is not an ugly guy and probably considered handsome. But there are not many “ugly” guys out there on the average.

The biggest changes were in fact cosmetic. It had more to do with muscle mass, tattoos and style of dress.

Other than tattoos it isn’t that big of an investment to change these things. And even as a guy myself I can see how the overall perception of him shifted.

If you put the same guy in a button up, skinny jeans, with a bad haircut, he will have a different immediate perception than if he dressed in what is considered fuck boy/sexual candidate attire with a cool haircut and tattoos.

While the behavior or the person (game), stays the same, his immediate perception and stereotypes change with how he presents visually. It’s simple math.

I would generally agree with this (barring outliers in either direction), but in this specific case she lit up upon immediately seeing him. Instant fascination.

If all the staff were in black tee shirts and she showed instant attraction within a few seconds (I.e. no voice or nonverbals yet like sexy walk or slow movements) then there are no other variables to point to except his face.

But he said he was wearing his own fashion and sporting the dyed blonde hair, which is "a look".

Yeah I mean if you take all the styling away... The clothes, the hair, the practiced posing and facial expressions... If you purely compare raw facial features I think he looks way safer compared to someone like Chris or Jeremy Meeks (ignoring neck tattoos).

Ok but isn’t that the point @Rakehell is trying to get you to see? Despite Mendes’s soft facial features, he can still trigger the same effect as Chris brown due to controllable factors (clothing style, haircut, and tattoos) which I discussed in my archetype thread.

Yeah I get the concept... At work I wear pinpoint oxford shirts and wool trousers. In other jobs I wore wool blazers and long overcoats.

In high school I wore a beat up leather jacket, made my own iron on tee shirts, ripped jeans, beanies, studded bracelets, etc.

I played in local punk bands in warehouses and stuff and there was a big concept of "the poser" where tame kids would adopt the style. It's like wrapping on a present that gets found out real quick if you're not actually rebellious. False advertising, as opposed to neck tattoos being very reliable indicators. I was getting suspended for fighting and stinking up the class like pot. It wasn't a costume. It was an expression of an underlying attitude of "fuck you".

Anyways, I do understand the power of archetypes, though I see it as a portion (fashion) of a portion (fundamentals) of overall game. I am OK giving up a little bad boy bonus because polarization also screens OUT (like your jersey girl example). Even mixing archetypes gives an uphill battle in some situations.

So as I develop skill from beginner cold approacher level, I want to learn without any bowling bumpers. In a dark button up and dark loose but tapered denim, you can go to a dive bar, a club of any genre, a cocktail lounge, or even church and shake hands with her grandfather (not that you'd target this situation, but it's non-optimized, non-polarizing, yet passes everywhere).

So I may need to excite more through extra focus on verbal sexual frames, proximity, touch, movement, eye contact, etc. But that is the skill I want to have.

It's hunting that particular elusive animal vs. trapping only those who sniff the bait.

Well my context is that in a current environment most guys not online, will be dealing with yellows in the majority of times vs pre corona, and pre online plenty of greens ..so the context is to deal with the yellowish you need to be able to influence somehow.... But obviously who doesn't want the greens, i rather greens all day long, not always there... But if i can only deal with greens or find angles to be with greens that would be great and advisable or if you can optimize just to deal with greens... You still have to no fuck up with the greens, just a lot easier in the process.... Spike whole philosophy is to optimize upfront to optimal levels doing a loooooot of work upfront, stereotype, a lot of fundamental work so he can just deal with green... though i agree, i also disagree, if he optimize and is in a non that conducive environment, he will still have to deal with yellows..He already admitted happened to hin on a trip..my context was that in my opinion game techniques help more when dealing with yellows, the influence and why people were nitpicking on him in part... He already understands.. the funny thing is that one of the guys nitpicking on him does and believes the same thing but online...the dude just didn't like him... anyways kj context, you still can fuck up the greens, like he mentioned in the prize post...
