I agree with Garrett on this. Personally, if she ignores my invitation about asking her out, it usually means she's not interested.
Also in your case, she says exactly that she wants to be friends with you going out to the hockey game. I've been there and have been able to turn myself from a friendzoned guy into a lover for a girl but it took me around 3 months to do that and by the end I had lost attraction in her.
So what I would suggest is that in your future texts try lines like what chase recommends all the time : "What's your schedule look like?" at the end of asking her out texts. That way they are less pressured to respond and would consider telling you their preferred date rather than trying to come up with the time and date themselves which they never will.
Always put their schedule in front of you first and match them with yours for setting up dates rather than forcing a free day of yours on their schedule. When you make her interested enough in you, then you can force her to make some free time for you next time.
