Some of them are even fitshaming them. Women not liking muscles doesn’t make sense so why do they say that?

Dude... I sympathize with some of the emotions you're feeling, especially since I got my own frustrations... but you gotta cool your jets on this kinda stuff man. You got a massive amount of shit going on that you need to take care of based on your recent threads

Women like muscles... they don't like too much muscles, though.

There's a "perfect" amount of muscles and that is skinny fit, like Brad Pitt in Fight Club.
Anything more than that is pleasing to a guy but frightening to most women unless they're into bodybuilding themselves which is a niche.

If you are massive and doing it for the ladies, you're missing the mark.

I'm pretty muscular and do well with all types of ladies. I get approached almost every night because of my build. Guys come to buy me drinks, and women come to feel my biceps

But I tend to do a lot better than my other friends from the gym. Because I work to come across as very warm/chill in my demeanor and also highlight my fashion with some feminine elements to help take the edge off and make me more approachable. In fact I get women question sometimes if I may be Bi, yet I still fuck em silly

Also another thing I notice is that guys that are muscular tend to be very un-relatable to women. They are so focused on the gym that they give off an intense energy that scares a lot of women off. Too strict, too stiff, too predictable.... simply put just damn boring

Their lifestyle tends to make it hard for them to communicate and connect with women on an emotional level, so unless they specialize in the gym niche they will suffer with Hot Bimbos you would see in nightclubs, or beautiful and elegant women you run into during the day.

This is where the phrase "He looked so good but then he opened his mouth" came from

You would be surprised, but some girls say shit like they won't date a muscular guy because they feel like they can't enjoy some ice cream or a good meal with him. They feel like they could be missing out on a lot of emotional experiences and can't relax because they are with Mr Six Pack

So as a muscular guy you would tend to do very well if you are able to break some of those stereotypes and false beliefs while they are interacting with you.

Muscles are cool, but I don't think you need them to be great with women, and sometimes if you don't know how to present yourself, you may come across as intimidating rather than sexy

Depends on the type of girl. If the girl is too lazy to work out herself, she's skinny af, she might say she isn't into guys with nice physiques cuz either they are unrelateable or they're insecure about themselves in relation to them. I've seen a bunch of chubby girls try to diminish fit guys or say they don't like guys with abs or look too skinny when really they're toned and have less body fat. So unless you're targeting basic or lazy girls who don't care to stay in shape, live a healthy lifestyle don't worry about it.

Most attractive girls will appreciate a guy who's in excellent shape. There's a certain threshold of physique that I think has universal appeal to women like the Michael B Jordan look in Black Panther and Creed. This look will probably also turn off some girls because they'll be insecure about their own appearance and it will affect your attainability.

That's why karisma king doesn't really workout because he said that when he was hitting the gym it affected his game and results with women.
Most likely because he was already charismatic and charming and having a physique on top of that made it harder for him so he keeps himself a little flabby to balance it all out lol.

Spot on I was more successful with women when I was skinny.. it’s honestly unfair. I also noticed that you get more attention as a muscular guy, I think it would be constant dread for the women always receiving attention, whereas women need attention and would get it less because of that

I don’t have the ugly bodybuilder look, i aim for aesthetics. Not bragging. I look sexy, the women in the gym tell me that sometimes or I hear them whispering that. he looks so sexy omg, can I touch your arm? Are you using this machine?
I never used it in the first place lol.
I get sometimes frightening looks and deer in the headlight looks, but they are insecure.
In my opinion Brad Pitt isn’t muscular in fight club he is skinny

Again, you’re getting your definition of what “muscular” is from people who frequent the gym.
That is skewed.

Bodybuilding women like bodybuilders, every other girl’s ideal is more on the skinny side.

If physique is your main card and you don’t have charisma or any other quality as @TomInHo mentions, being too muscular can hurt your game when out of the bodybuilder niche.

Generally speaking all women prefer guys with muscles (i don’t mean the skinny Tyler, I mean aesthetics), they are just insecure. I remember once a girl giving me a despising look, frightening look or play the game like you look away the. They look at you, you look away again they look at you. But once you give them iois they reciprocitate and seek for your proximity and smile at you and they feel and behave sexy when you reciprocate back. When you are muscular you are already in the game with all kind of women not liking muscles doesn’t make sense biologically speaking. It triggers something in their brain to instinctually wanting them. It’s a shit test. Women rely on men who appear strong and powerful. But ofc if you have no game and lack confidence muscles won’t help in the long run

Everybody who stopped working out for women, failed the shit test and is surely not powerful because that person got manipulated.

You are less attainable. That's why you saw a dip in results

@ulrich It depends on who's telling him he's muscular, but I don't think donjuan is getting feedback from bodybuilding women.

When I say bodybuilding women I mean specifically the ones who take hormones/steroids and have man muscles. If he's getting compliments from those kind of women then yeah having muscles won't translate much to getting normal girls outside the gym.

He's probably talking about regular girls who work out to look like regular sexy shaped women who wear waisttrainers and squat. If they're the ones complimenting him then i'd say it's valid feedback.

With that being @DonJuan.. there are dudes who pull shorties without being muscular at all. Chase is one of them he's 6 ft and under 160 from what he reported. Austen Summers is another coach who has infield of himself flirting with and pulling girls from years ago on his channel when he looked like a stereotypical whiteboy twig lol. Also a bunch of dudes on here who pull a lot describe themselves as skinny.

I'd say try not to get to fixated on getting the perfect physique that will attract the most girls you'll drive yourself nuts. If you have a figure that's sexy to the point that most girls are intimidated you could either learn to balance attainability or get some chub lol.

Is it ok to call women out on this? Like saying hey I noticed that you are being distant lately. What’s wrong?

No. It will make it worse.

Just want to point something out, but notice how your first reaction was to put the blame on women, and not think about how you could change your behavior to put them more at ease

You're the leader. Take responsibility for handling the vibe of the interaction

Read the articles G and apply what you learn

Why would it make it worse? Low attainability is where she may think I don’t care about her and don’t take her seriously, so why would it make it worse when I show her that I care? I don’t quiet understand your point

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure

If you are doing things correctly, you'll rarely have to ask... What's wrong to a girl you haven't fucked yet

Read the articles and apply because what you've been doing so far obviously isn't working for you.

There is one article about attainability from GC where it states that you can ask a girl you didn’t date this similar kind of question..

@Starboy, yeah exactly my point.

I wonder if OP is mixing different niches of women and thinking they all go for the same “perfect” look.

“All these girls (in the gym) say I look awesome but when I go out with girls (regular non-exercising) they say they don’t like my big muscles”.

Pretty much the same that happens with tattoos… once you are too deep in it, you stop relating with “normal” people aesthetics.

I don’t like tall guys, I don’t like short guys, you shouldn’t work out you looked better when you were fat. It’s a shit test dude, treat it like one. They are testing your confidence and whether they can manipulate you read my comment
