Journal Goal:
Chronologically record my success and failures at seduction and my improvements.

Initial Journal Notes:
This Journal Shall take direct entries from my handwritten field Journal in addition to daily notes.
I already have numerous entries into my field journal, but i will start fresh for purpose of ease.

Self Description and why I want to accomplish this:

I am known mostly by Stef to start off with, I am a 20 year old college student who is also in the Illinois Air National Guard. I am also a techy, inline skater, runner, and somewhat of a thrill seeker(Just look-up freeliners and you'll know why).
I have not all too much experience with women since i started dating last year and have had rough 5 dates and one girl i really liked. She made me really pissed off got into the obsession, but happily this kind of sparked my love affair with rollerblades again which helped me get fit. But this also had the side affect of turning me off any women at the community college i was going to at the time.
This brings me to the reason i really want to do this. I strongly believe in freedom of thought, form, and function; and to me being a seducer gives a man great freedom in social interactions. This is want i want beyond any kind of material thing, heck if i could copy-past the experience and ability right from the professional seducers to give me a head start i would. But I have to do it the right way in this world so i will become a seducer in by getting my own experience and reading the experience of my forebears.

Additionally i took on an officer position in a college club to help meet women; my position is basically head of advertising and promoting so i will be trying to get out there and promote my organization which should also help me meet more women.

Situation:
Currently i am mostly stuck on campus where i live(which is roughly a hour from St.louis and those club scenes), but i can take the bus to downtown and i have a good number of friends with cars. Otherwise the campus has a larger number of transit students who are more outside their social circle then usual when they go here which can be put to my advantage i believe. Otherwise there are 3 freemen dorms, one upper classmen(where i live), and a large apartment area where the other upper class-men live. The campus itself is relatively large and open with numerous class building, athletic center and a central hall for students to eat and hangout in.

Day 0

Pre-Newbie Assignment

I'll be starting this journal using the Newbie Assignment today, but i will just be looking at possible locations to get comfortable in them before i scout the areas for women. This it is Sunday and many women have not returned to campus today (because of Thanksgiving) and there are a lot of women who transit here too. I will be working on my walk still though as i scout the locations, I am working on the powerful walk because I am in the military and once i get to basic it will just emphasize the confidence and stance of my powerful walk.

Currently because of my lack of a car i will be focusing my locations on campus, downtown area (accessible by bus), and nearby shopping complex i can skate to or take the bus.

Additionally i will re-read, those three post listed on the newbie Assignment page. Then list some good possible locations on my campus to scout out tomorrow.

Yah i did give your journal a quick read on the initial posts, sounds like you have your plan of action down quite well Nino. Seeing ti did inspire me to add a bit more into my initial post as a way to help my foundation of were i stand currently. I look forward to reading the adventure you share.

Day 0 (Evening)

I went to the locations, but found most of the building are still locked on campus. Disappointing, but that won't stop me as i still walked around and identified the building that would be best to investigate during day 1. I did do some more practice on my walk which i have already had a powerful stance for. (I always imagine i have a cape on and the only way it flows is good posture.) Otherwise i read through "how to master anything" and will tackle the other two later tonight once i have done some school work i need to finish.

Day 1 (Morning)

I will be working on the first day of the assignment today, observation. I did a really nasty run last night, second night of bare-foot running, this killed my calves and may improve my walk by forcing me to walk slower. Otherwise i good a good idea of some places i want to scout out on the campus were i live. I'll do this after i workout today, which will be the hardest time for me to want to go out. This will be the hardest time to build the want to go out, but it is good to build the will power.

Day 1 (Afternoon)

Well today was hard, walking hurts to put it simply. But I did what i set out to do and found 4(+1 bonus) suitable locations that there are plenty of women milling around.

First was the Business building on my campus which had a great deal of women milling around on all four levels between classes. Additionally there is a little cafe located on the top of the building that women hang around to for in between class snacks.

Second was the Arts and sciences building which was extremely busily place with tight hallways and a lot of cute women heading between classes and relaxing on the well placed couches.

Third was the library were women tend to hang around either solo or in a study group. They also work at the computers and that could always be a ice breaker since i am a techy, but better to keep things straight though.

Fourth and the best would be the commons building of the campus which has the cafetiere and multiple lunges, additionally club often set up booths(this include cute sorority girls). I myself have been manning a table for the club which i am the publicist officer for so i often try to attract people to my booth.

Then there is a bonus location of the gym at my campus. It operates slightly different from a normal workout gym. There are a lot more social spaces in the gym and there are even some classes taught there that are not workouts. I generally workout there three to four days a week and am working on the list the Chase had about becoming a gym regular. Since i believe it is an awesome idea besides the fact it makes it easier to pick up girls.

----

Once i get the chance after finals which are coming up really soon i will look for more locations outside of the campus. I have a dorm-mate who parties a lot and seems well informed about the scene. Additionally i will look more into the bus routes since i lack a car.

----

Only thing for the rest of the day is to read the new blog and finish "The sad tale of "Shopping Guy", one of my favorite blogs. (I feel sorry for my friends who are like that because I have never really been that way, extremely independent mindedness at times is an issue of mine.

Day 2 (Morning)

Today i will do the "posture" portion of the newbie assignment. I already have great posture because of my confidence in my walk and people always step out of my way i notice. So i will spend my time studying other people's posture and how people with different posture react with each other.

Although i will have to try hard to maintain my walk and posture since my calves are still killing me. Nothing too serious, but it does slow me down to half my usual pace. That will be to my advantage though; walking slowly, yet determinedly (despite pain), to my locations.

Day 2(afternoon)

After my first class of the day i decided to get this study started. As i left for lunch i started studying the people i passed outside. Most were hunched, huddled, and face down. Because it is only above 37 degree currently, I barely take little note of the temperature as the only thing that sabotaging me is my calves as i walk. Although happily they are feeling much better today.
As i was say most were in what I'll call closed posture and the relates partiality to the cold and possible to the fact that they where outside in general. Once i got inside the common building, i noticed a visual change in the people in there. Most were a lot more vibrant and open then when they were outside and socialized a good deal more. Not to mention the fact that there were a great number of people.
When i went down to get my lunch i watched people and how people acted when they are alone or with people. When they were alone they tended to be more closed and focused on something, either phone, laptop, or a book. While people in groups tended to be more open, then there were also people in pairs of just focused more on each other in the interactions. I realized i did this too, since i meet a good friend of my by off chance there and we talked for a bit. When i talked i pretty much blanked out a good deal of the environment around me as i focused on what i wanted to say and on what he was saying.
To break the thought though i did see a girl exaggerating the swing of her bags as she walked and i thought that was cute. Must be since that was a girly and playful way for her to walk instead of just letting them sit and relax.
Although it was when i just finished so we parted ways and i continued to make my rounds to the two class buildings and the library. When i entered the arts and sciences building I noted that it was a lot more subdued then when i usually go into it during a passing period (generally when a class are released). But there were some girls lounging on the couches and studying around so i continued my walk. (Got ambushed by someone who was interested in my club as i walked, but hey no problems otherwise).

I then walked over to the dreaded business building (dreaded because of the fact stair and my calves currently don't mix). I made note of where some classes were taught that i knew girls took such a nursing and speech classes in addition to examining the posture and walks of many people around the building. Most tended to be hunched down as they focused on their laptop or phone as they waited or studied. When i observed one of them get up this posture transferred to their standing stand as they had their head push forward with their chine turned down. I'll get into more examinations though in my analysis later in the read.

After that i made my way to my last stop, that being the library. This building has a quite subdued feeling as you go in with an undertone of quite conversation on the main floor; while the upper floors definitely have a more focused feeling of studying. There were a great number of people in here and they had different walking styles and postures depending on what they were doing. Those doing homework has a more focused hunch over posture as they wrote or typed. While those talking or goofing off had a much more relax posture and walked slower too. But now i'll break it down into more of analysis of what i saw.

Really i can think of these walks being broken down into 3 categories with 2 opposite depositions.
Pace which breaks down into: Hurried vs Relaxed
Posture which is: Closed vs Open
Determination: Specific vs meandering

When i watch people i noted that they can have all on one side or have a mix. As there are a good number of ROTC (Reserve Officer training corps), what i can tell about them is that they have a very open posture (Wide shoulders and chest out) with a very determined and hurried pace. This suits a military personnel as they are determined individuals. Then i notice students often have a wide range of stances, with girls tending towards the Hurried and Closest spectrum.
I also noticed that how attractive and/or fit they are affects how open they are, more fit/attractive is more open often, unless they are just not confident in themselves. I saw this in a good friend of mine, Micah, who i use as my role model for how I carry myself. He is in superior shape and is a very open person who i can tell could easily attract women if he wasn't with his current girl friend. When ever i hangout or workout with him i try to imitate his stance and walk as he gives off a powerful feeling. There are people who do break this rule though like my friend Jeff, very big guy but very warm and knows the party scene quite well. When in his presence you can feel much more relaxed and at ease often.
Another thing i notice is group dynamic have an impact on walking. Usually the one in control sets the pacing of the walk while the others follow. Additionally those in a group if comfortable with each other will have very open stances, while other may assume closed postures when not talking.
One last thing i noted is there are a lot of people absorbed into their own little worlds in terms of just being soak up either in music players or their phones. Ignoring what's around them often. I believe that is a major mistake as they are enslaved to those devices.

---

I'll go in a cover my own walk as a last little detail. As i have stated i am currently in a little bit of leg pain which makes walking kind of stiff and difficult affair for me. But i already had a good slice of the fundamentals of walking down in case of general posture, walking slow and confidently, recently have gotten the shoulder movement to a decent phase too. My calves have forced me to walk dramatically slower and more purposely in my steps as i know i will get through the pain. Although i need to work more on exaggerating my arms swings and forcing slower, but powerful over all movement.

That's all for today though I am going to the gym and anything new i think of there will be included in tomorrow mornings post.

Some pretty nice observations man, I like it. Especially the determination part, I think that's very important to have and something I'm working on myself.

Day 3 (Midday)

Had a rough night so didn't get up soon enough in order to write this morning journal so i am doing so after my first class. Today I am going to tacle and study eye-contact and see how people react to my eye contact. I already work on it a tad-bit this morning. Held contact with at least 8 people. (Ten is easy for me)
I realize that often their reaction depends on your facial expression, when i assumed a more serious expression people were more likely to look down when they met my eye contact. While if I have a more natural position it is more dependent on their confidence.
More confident people will tend to do the neutral look, while less confident people will tend to do a submissive look.

I will focus on how guys and girl act respectively so i can get a better analysis.

Day 3 (Evening)

Worked some more with the eye contact phase. Even had a little fun of it, seems you can intimidate people quite easily with piercing eye contact. Tried this a few times and most people will instinctively look down. Otherwise i focused on catching and maintaining eye contact, at least from my side. I don't think most people feel comfortable with random people giving constant contact like that. Otherwise been a busy day. (legs feel much better today happily)

Day 4 (Morning)

Today i will do part four of the newbie assignment and say hi to 6 cute girl. Should be simple enough because i already have a rule i am not allowed to know what time it is unless i ask a cute girl. Should be easily done, that and i can walk fine today.

Day 4 (Evening)

I managed to accomplish the goal of saying hi to 6 cute women, even did a bonus 7th one. Although to me it felt funny saying hi and nothing else, so i generally asked them the time in addition to saying hi. Really the main problem i felt was that when i tried to get eye contact from a cute girl they would usually glance down and then i have to think of a way to get they to look back up. Saying just hi for the sack of it feel weird without a reason behind. (Besides the reason of practice)
Guess i want them to feel like I have a reason for the interaction with them besides just "hey".

I experienced quite the same. You'll find that saying "Hey, how's your day going?" is going to be easier and won't feel awkward at all. Oh and looking down actually is a good thing! It's how girls show they're submissive.

Yah i do agree with you on that, but I'll do that assignment Monday, since i have Air guard all weekend. (8 hour days+4 hours of engineering homework on top of that.)

Did have a another bonus response yesterday though, say good-evening as i often do girls who live in the same building as i do. (I don't know them, but i seem them semi often.) Funny response by one of them: "SEE people still say hi!". It was pretty funny, but i was on a mission at the time.

Day 5 (morning)

Well, done with the weekend so that means it is back to work. I will be doing assignment for day 5. This mean asking 6 cute girls how their day is going; i think i will find this a tad bit easier then the last assignment because i will have a reason for the interaction instead of just saying hi. (Although i did say hi to 4 girls last night in my dorm building.)

Part of my tactic for getting myself to consistently do it is to MAKE myself wonder how their day is doing. I am a highly inquisitive person and i love to know what's going on.

Day 5 (evening)

I succeed in my goal of asking 6 women how their day is going. even made it a little more interesting when i asked a group or two how their day was going. Although i occasionally had an issue when they didn't notice that i asked them how their day was going i just went with it anyway. (didn't count it thought)

One thing i did try was when i was rolling slowly on my freeliners. (Think skateboard, but more extreme) I was definitely more noticeable, although it is kind of up in the air if those follow the law of least effort. But i look fancy while i do them anyway...

Moving back to the main topic i generally got positive responses back from most girls, either that or a slight confusion when i asked them that since i assume they are not used to being asked that.

I even threw in a compliment today too. Saw a girl in fancy boots (I have an eye for boots according to one of my female friends) and commented on them. She took it favorably.

Day 6(Morning)

Today I'll be asking 4 women if they are single. I'll have to admit, my determination is waving at the moment, because i am sore and tired from a workout yesterday. But I will keep at it just like how i got into running. I will try to ask at least one women in the next 30 minutes while i head to class if they are single. Then i will complete my goal during the rest of the day. (Have to do it correctly and expediently that way i can focus on my engineering again.)

So update then later tonight with my eventual success since i am a man of my word.

Day 6 (Afternoon)

Personally I'm psyched. Knocked this one out readily. Really think it helped when i said to myself, why not? This is just a question, your going for the same result either way currently so might as well ask it. Although strangely i go "no" for all four girls i asked. One was apologetic, one looked plain not interested, another look flatter, and I can't remember the first one. Either way i kept my cool, said that, just wanted to no and went on with my life. So happy to find this isn't as difficult or impossible as you can get yourself to thinking this is.

How i did it was i asked two girls in quick succession, which made the second one easier. But when i went back to ask another girl after i played some pool I found it harder again, good example of social momentum really. Although i figure once again this won't bother me at all I kept at it. Even though i got all noes I am not saddened at all. Because I am thrill i was able to do this more then anything, and i can't wait till i do more and move the interactions forward.

Well now time for work though so I'll chill and get stuff done before the break day of tomorrow.
